Under a spread of white canvas racing with a favouring breeze, the artist has given us a very fine picture of this famous passenger clipper. Though not a racing clipper, the Hesperus was a magnificent ship in every way, wonderful workmanship being put into the building and fittings.
The size of the print is 203 x 127 mm. In high-class cut-out mount 305x 254 mm
